JANUARY, 2003:   Stevie D. Conlon was a speaker at the Tax-Exempt Financing Committee Meeting of the American Bar Association Tax Section, in San Antonio, Texas.  Stevie discussed current issues regarding interest rate swaps in tax-exempt finance and tax-exempt bond arbitrage.

JANUARY, 2003:   Stevie D. Conlon, Attorney at Law, was retained to represent a leading investment bank in negotiating municipal bond market financial product documents with investors.

MARCH, 2003:   Stevie D. Conlon, Attorney at Law, was retained by a Fortune 50 financial institution in connection with its development of a new municipal finance product.
APRIL, 2003:   Stevie D. Conlon, Attorney at Law, participated as underwriter's counsel in the successful closing and offering of $27.5 million municipal tender option securities and amendment and restatement of documents for approximately $150 million total outstanding securities and delivers requested federal tax, securities and enforceability opinions.
APRIL, 2003:   Stevie D. Conlon is a featured speaker at the general meeting of the 20th Annual Conference of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts in Chicago, Illinois.  Stevie discusses legal issues for investors in innovative municipal market financial products.

MAY, 2003:   Stevie D. Conlon  Chairs the Annual Taxation of Financial Products Conference, sponsored by Executive Enterprises, in New York.

JUNE, 2003: Stevie D. Conlon, Attorney at Law, is retained by a major mutual fund sponsor to review a tax-exempt structured investment for its money market funds.
SEPTEMBER, 2003:  Stevie D. Conlon speaks on Legal Issues for Investors in Innovative and Traditional Municipal Investments at IBC's 9th Annual Money Fund Forum on September 16th in New York.
SEPTEMBER, 2003: Stevie D. Conlon chairs the Swaps, GICs and Other Investment Vehicles panels at the 2003 Bond Attorney's Workshop in Chicago, sponsored by the National Association of Bond Lawyers.  Stevie also speaks on the Secondary Market Derivatives panel at the workshop.
OCTOBER, 2003: Stevie D. Conlon chairs Executive Enterprise's Taxation of Financial Products Bootcamp in Washington, D.C.
NOVEMBER, 2003:  Stevie D. Conlon authors The Year of the Cat-Rev. Rul. 2003-97 and Continued IRS Acquiescence for Wall Street Tax-Advantaged Financial Products in the November/December 2003 issue of the Journal of Taxation and Regulation of Financial Institutions.
MARCH, 2004:  Stevie D. Conlon authors Rev. Proc. 2003-84: Section 761 Substitute Relief for Tax-Exempt Tender Option Bonds and Their Money Fund Investors in the March/April 2004 issue of the Journal of Taxation and Regulation of Financial Institutions.
